Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.

Ensure the vehicles are parked properly in parking area when not in use and prevent any damage or accidents during non-operational hours.

Smoothly handover / receive vehicles from drivers on daily basis with proper record of date, time, kilometers readings etc.

Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment, vehicles or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.

Call police or fire departments in cases of emergency, such as fire or the presence of unauthorized persons.

Circulate among visitors, patrons, and employees to preserve order and protect property.

Answer telephone calls to take messages, answer questions, and provide information during non-business hours or when the switchboard is closed.

Warn persons of rule infractions or violations, and apprehend or evict violators from premises, using force when necessary.

Inspect and adjust security systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure operational use and to detect evidence of tampering.

Monitor and adjust controls that regulate building systems, such as air conditioning, furnace, or boiler.

Answer alarms and investigate disturbances.

Perform other appropriate security activities as desired and advised by the Company from time to time.

Desired Candidate Profile

Undergraduate

Minimum 0 – 5 years of experience


Has good knowledge in :

1. English reading and writing

2. MS Excel, Word


Ability To:

Holder of a light vehicle driving license will be an advantage

Positive, Problem Solver, Reasonable
